Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
